Mri shows my knee ligament is intact but lax.
Working on quads from 3 months.
No pain while sitting.
As soon as i start walking pain slowly develops in back of knee.
Then my knee becomes loose and i can feel grinding sensation.
Now same thing happens in right knee as well.
Should i continue work out?
Or go for prolotheraphy or surgical treatment?

Ligament laxity is graded as grade 1, grade 2 & grade 3.. Grade1 and grade 2 can be managed with physio but grade 3 needs to be reconstructed.. Physio and Prolotherapy has no role in grade 3 injuries.. Further pain might be because of associated meniscal injury.. I can get a good idea by assessing you clinically and give u a best advise since I'm super specialized in knee injuries..
