Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
You will have to visit ortho, but you should have a brief about the problem. You may have Hurt your patella, acl ligament or Menisci, this can be detected by clinical examination, xray(patella ) and if required then MRI may be needed (Menisci )ands soft tissue are visible on mri...don't be panic till then do icing. ..if just minor injuries then with physio you will be alright..best of luck
Hi, nothing to worry dear, may be an soft tissue injury, apply ice pack for 10 min 3-4 times a day, have an mri for safer side, exact diagnosis after clinical examination only,
So consult an ortho or physio, get treated and stay healthy
