Knee ligament issue
Around 2 3 yrs ago due to some activity i had injury in my knee in which i suddenly felt it got dislocated and then automatically it got settled and then for few days i had swollen knee and then it was fine. But from then i feel like if do any sudden activity or jump my knee would dislocate and i feel crackling sound while bending knee many times. Please suggest what it could be and how it can be treated.

You've torn minimum one of the collateral ligaments for sure with possible postero lateral corner tear. Meet a Sports Surgeon at the earliest even before doing an MRI. Clinical examination and history is the most powerful tool.
Next Steps
Don't delay since you're still very young and you need to avoid osteoarthritis in the long run.
