ACL, Meniscus,PCL cyst
I have Grade1 partial thickness tear ACL, Grade1 meniscus and gangolian cyst in posterior fibres of PCL. Do i have to go through surgery or it can be treated otherwise.

These injuries are not so severe according to the grades, but MRI reports can have inter observer variations hence clinical examination of patient along with examination of MRI films is necessary to consult about the need of surgery.
