Dear all, i have problm of l4-5 disc prolapse...i want to know at the time of doing surgery how they protect and monitoring nerve  for not damaging and after removing disc part how they protect disc not to herniate again how they close that disc part.. wat is the success rate of disc surgery

Not all patients of backache need surgery. Most of them can be treated with out surgery. Kindly consult a ortho surgeon.
