Tail bone pain and disc bulge at L4-5
I havd tail bone pain issue and My MRI scan says that 1.Mild to miderate diffuse disc bulge at L4-5 level indenting ventral thecal sac. 2.There is anterior translation/subluxation of sacrum over coccyx. Can any one please guide me to wether go to ordopedic or PT for treatment.? Thanks in advance.
