I have been having l4 l5 disc bulge since 2 years . actualy i have tired of getting various treatments ..I quit taking medicine ..and I am planing to go to jogging everyday dose it effect on my disc issue or suggest so kind of exercise (sorry for my poor english )

You have not really mentioned about your symptoms - what actually you are experiencing. Because disc bulge if be mild may not cause any symptoms. If you are having back pain or leg pain (Sciatica), it is not advisable to jog as it may worsen your pain. Jogging by itself does not cause any pain. It can worsen a pre-existing pain.
