Hello doctor,am having l4-5 disc bulge problm,if I do surgery will it be successful,how much success and can I able to walk again properly,. Please suggest me..i am scaring for surgery.

Indications for surgery in disc bulge are
1.Persistent disabling low back pain for 6 or more weeks despite medications and physiotherapy.
2.progressive weakness of muscles of leg which is significant
3. Bladder and bowel symptoms which means
Unable to control urine etc..
If u don't have any of the following above no need of surgery.
