Lower back pain
I have been experiencing lower back pain since 2019, which started after I overdid squats exercise. The pain is persistent and does not seem to improve with home remedies. What could be causing this pain, and what treatment options are available to me? I would appreciate your professional guidance on this matter.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Do you have just back ache ! Or the pain radiating to legs ? Do you have tingling and numbness in feet ? To evaluate consult once.

need xray/Mri spine to diagnose the cause.

1. avoid massaging lower back 2. avoid squatting/ bike riding 3. sleep on hard couch and avoid pillow under head. 4. physio for back strengthing and swimming would help you

Hello Does the pain radiates to entire lower limb..any tingling sensation or numbness over the feet..
