I understand your concerns regarding your mother's lumbar spondylosis with radiculitis. Here are some answers to your questions:
1. Self-exercises for lumbar spondylosis with radiculitis include gentle stretching exercises, such as hamstring stretches, hip flexor stretches, and piriformis stretches. It is important to consult a physiotherapist or a doctor before starting any exercise routine.
2. The exercise program for your mother should be customized based on her condition and individual needs. A physiotherapist will be able to design a program that includes exercises for core strengthening, postural correction, and flexibility.
3. The treatment for lumbar spondylosis with radiculitis includes pain management with medications such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), muscle relaxants, and nerve-pain medications. In addition, physical therapy and spinal injections may be recommended.
4. Neurobion injection is a multivitamin supplement that may help improve nerve function. Steroid injections are sometimes used to decrease inflammation and pain. However, the decision to use injections should be made by a doctor after considering your mother's medical history and current condition.
It is important to continue following up with your mother's doctor and physiotherapist to monitor her condition and adjust the treatment plan as necessary.
