I jumped from a wall
Hi team As I jumped from a wall before 2 weeks I was feeling that femur is moving out of place one of my doctor suggested to wear the plaster and I removed it now. Now I'm able to walk but i can flex my leg 90% . Not much instability and muscle above knee is not allowing me to flex complete suggest me wat is the issue and treatment
