It's great to hear that your muscle tear has healed up after your impressive 7-foot jump! As for the pain in your left leg bone, it's possible that you may have suffered a small fracture or sprain in the area. It's important to take it easy and avoid putting too much pressure on the affected area to prevent further injury.
You can try applying ice packs to the affected area to reduce any inflammation and swelling. Taking over-the-counter pain medication like acetaminophen or ibuprofen can also help alleviate the pain. If the pain persists or gets worse, you should see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
In the meantime, it's best to avoid any strenuous physical activity that could worsen the injury. Rest, take care of yourself, and hopefully, you'll be back to your jumping feats in no time!
