f your wife fell down and experienced dizziness, it is important to get her evaluated by a medical professional. The pain she is experiencing while lying down may be related to the fall or her pre-existing condition. It is possible that she may have sustained an injury or worsened her existing condition due to the fall.
I would recommend taking her to the nearest medical facility or contacting a medical professional for an evaluation. They can perform a physical examination and any necessary tests to determine the cause of her pain and dizziness and provide appropriate treatment.
