Slip disc from 2022
I am having slip disc from last year,getting pain front thigh also ,i have done again mri ,and its showing same l4-5 disc diffuse disc bulge compressing right nerve,and i have pain in right leg when i walk and stand,feeling discomfort in lower back also...and before i was having pain in back thigh but now paining front thigh side also ...mri still came same... will surgery make me normal to walk again...please ur suggestion is important..i have attached report also

Dear, If you have tried all conservative treatment along with physiotherapy from last one year and you still have unbearable pain radiating to lower limb/ weakness in lower limb/ any difficulty in urination. Kindly get yourself examined and take a mutual decision with your doctor about further course of management which will most probably Surgery. Thank you

Kindly share your symptoms in detail. Not all patients of backache need surgery. Most of them can be treated with out surgery. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --.
