I have slip disc problem
Can you suggest me resolution for slip disc, i have severe pain in left leg when i walk. What should i do

Deep Heat Therapy-Local USG (0.5-4 W/sq.cm for 5-10 mins), SWD/MWD-3 Times per week for 4 weeks, TENS/Infrared. • Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital.

You have disc pressing on the nerves. Use memory foam bed Lumbar belt while moving Take bed rest for 2 weeks Zerodol TC one tab two times a day Fenlong MR roll on to apply twice a day No bending forward or lifting weight It need regular follow up visits to orthopedic specialist
