I understand your concern about your joint pain and the diagnosis of arthritis. Anti-CCP is an antibody test that can help to diagnose rheumatoid arthritis (RA). A level above 20 units/ml is considered to be high and indicative of RA. It's important to follow your doctor's advice about stopping breastfeeding and starting medication for arthritis. There are safe medications for arthritis that can be taken while breastfeeding, but it's important to discuss this with your doctor. There are also lifestyle changes that you can make to help manage arthritis, such as maintaining a healthy weight, doing low-impact exercise, and avoiding activities that put excessive stress on your joints. Physical therapy can also be helpful in managing joint pain and improving joint function. It's possible that your joint pain may improve with treatment and lifestyle changes, but it's important to follow up with your doctor regularly to monitor your condition and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
