Upper-right back pain
I lifted heavy object a week before. Which caused terrible back pain on upper right side. I went to physio session once and it got better. Now I was travelling 3 hours in car and the pain came back. It is bearable but annoying. Plus it pains if I sneeze or cough. Will rest, ice therapy and ointment work to get better?

Rest, ice therapy, and ointment may help relieve the pain, but it is recommended to seek medical attention to determine the underlying cause of the pain. The pain could be due to a muscle strain or injury, or it could be a sign of a more serious condition, such as a herniated disc. Your doctor may recommend further tests or refer you to a specialist for further evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, avoid lifting heavy objects and take frequent breaks if you have to sit for long periods of time. Applying heat to the affected area may also help alleviate the pain.
