Bone & Muscle problems

I had surgery of open compound fracture on 21 March 2023. Now it's my latest xray, please examine and tell me about my bone healing, currently walking normally . It's been 1 year of surgery ,how much % of my bone is yet to be united . Or when should I go for implant removal surgery.

My right shoulder has been drooly for about 6 years due to a gym injury. Basically the muscles of the ball and socket joint of right arm and shoulder have weakened due to lifting heavy weights without proper protein supplement. This has resulted in my right shoulder being lowered. I am working with a physiotherapist on this and he told me to do some exercise with theraband. I'm doing that but it's taking too long to recover. I have attached my mri report as well. Is there a quick solution to my issue that doesn't involve surgery? Also, my right knee has been having pain for sometime, feels like a nerve pain.

Hi, I am having severe back pain since 3 - 4 weeks, earlier I had been given some medication prescribed by doctor which comprised of Vitamin D and painkiller for a week. After taking these and having rest most of pain went away, but again recently last week I had to host a family gathering, where I did some sort of physical activity, since lead to gradual increase of pain. I have done a Xray as well whose pics I will be attaching herewith. Could you please help me with remedies or any sort of medication or any other such thing. Any help would be much appreciated. I had pain in my left shoulder. Although I have proper movement in it but mild pain is there. I did go for MRI. Report attached

She is not walking for 1.5 years and one day few years back she became more white and her body becoming fat and we have shown in mallareddy hospital they have said due to inside blood related things after that they have given medicines problem is done whenever it happens we are giving same tablets it is taking time but she came back to normal coming to the legs she is 86 right before 20 years she used to walk not in straight way but somewhat crossealj i think u guys have understood after that recently from 1.5-2 years she stopped walking like that she has told me that she is getting pain while walking she she has stopped so i bought a wheel chair type thing by that we use to take care everyday for 24 hours and it is becoming so much difficult in home can we have any solution tgat my grandmother can walk and another think my parents are also old right there lifes are affecting due to all these things anyone answer to my question can 86 year old woman can walk again anything is there

Im nit sure if my 23 months old baby is experiencing leg pain , or knee pain, esp the right leg. My MIL has noticed this for my daughter. My daughter  asks her to put pressure on her knees and legs.. I doubt it, because my daughter has never asked me to do that for her. Also while I massage her legs she doesn't complain of any discomfort.. Could it be general pain due to running around or growing bones etc.? Or shud I be concerned and show her to an orthopedic doctor?

Hi I am 33yrs old 2 kids highly active..recently had a bit of joint pain which is now gone.. Is my X-ray normal? Do I have ostheoarthritis or chondromalacia? Should I be worried about my cartilage? Can I run or jog? Also I am 64kgs 163cms should I lose weight?
