Bone & Muscle problems

Today I did an xray of ny left shoulder.It was written Osteoarthritic changes with marginal sclerosis noted in left shoulder in the report.What does this mean I want to know ? what might be the treatment?

I attached a photo...Plz see that In wrong route one slow speed bike hitted After one day on patella bone it became black (see attached pic) no major scratches...No pain while walking...Some pain if I press that... Plz tell me what medications should I take...or it heals naturally

I am 23 years old, and I had done the xray of my right leg recently due to some discomfort while walking and feeling a bit pressure on the knee joint. The report said "Knee gap diminished medially" and I  have attached the xray images. Please tell me if I will be able to live a normal life with this. I am very scared as I might have arthritis.

Due to disc bulge i have one question, if doctor remove bulge disc cut then how the cut part area covered, how inside gelly protected ..
