All body is clicking and cracking everytime i move or even raise my arm or stretch my fingers There is pain in my knees and my elbows in my shoulders. Also, My jaw is clicking. i have done all the tests regarding this which includes serum vitamin D, vitamin B12 Rh factor ESRCRP CBC blood sugar liver profile kidney profile are all within normal limits I have hypothyroidism for which I am taking 50 MCG thyroxine and my TSH is 20 right now. I am having muscle weakness too and fatigue Can you please tell me what is exactly going on because this condition is from last three months

8 days before my wife asked me to pull her,lift her in lap. I tried, got successful. I tried it for 2-3 days continuous, no problem. But 4th day when I tried, I felt a pain in upper back area She had applied iodex on that area but nothing good happened. Now whenever I bow down or move below pain in upper back area continuously happens Please help
