Bone & Muscle problems

I torn my ligament while playing cricket. It was difficult to walk for few days but was improving. I avoided MRI assuming it is healing. But there was always a discomfort & little pain if I squatted/put weight on my knees. I did MRI after 5 months. Brief of MRI are as following; 1. High grade tear of the distal attachment of the patellar tendon is noted with a 4 x 8 mm ossific fragment within tendon substance. 2. Abrupt defect of the cortex is noted in tibial tuberosity on the superior surface. 3. Fluid filled gap is noted between edge of tendon and tibial tuberosity measuring nearly 6.0 mm in diameter. 4. Background patellar tendinopathy is seen with low grade interstitial delaminations measuring up to 15.0 mm in the distal two thirds of the tendon. IMPRESSION: Background patellar tendinopathy. Possible avulsion injury involving the distal edge of patellar tendon. It's been 1.5 years & my knee is not normal. My doc says nothing much to do now. Just live with it. I can't :(

Hi doctor , We have seen(last year ) my child could not keep her right hand thumb finger straight .. pediatrician in Chennai said nothing wrong with bone just put oil and massage .. Now we are in finland and here doctor said surgery is needed that's trigger finger.. we told we will decide based on India doctor opinion. I have attached images of what doctor told here and my child's finger picture . Please advice can we go with the surgery or not ? Thanks

I have pain in right ankle from almost 3 years I use to play basketball in which I suffers from sprain in right ankle always This time I got my MRI report

My father age 70 in June 2023 his hip fractured, so implant was inserted,( previously his two surgery for hand fractured done in 2022) due to jerky activity his hip implant mal position, he is diabetic,bp taking thyroid medicine , in last 2 year 3 surgery have been performed for wrist hand now hip Treatment doctor who implemented the hip , that bone has successfully cured, he also saying that it will take time in healthy walk , due to co morbid conditions,he suggested not to revised surgery, and advice for bed rest , physiotherapy, pls advice should we go for surgery or can wait

I am having sharp hand pain and pain in fingers in my right hand ...I don't know what is the reason.

A little accident is happened on 30 th Jan 2024 their is no fracture ( seen in x ray ) on my leg is happened but still swelling at patela near by its about 15 days passed any suggestions for anti inflammatory cream aur method to lower down the swelling... Please suggest

Hi, while I was sleeping on turning my side i accidentally landed either on my baby feet or hands which I am not sure . What i know is I hear a cracking voice not sure if it was real and another thing i remember is my knee was what landed on my baby with some pressure who is 6 months old Pls suggest what to do I'm quite worried abt it

I am having painful right tmj. I am able to open my mouth and eat, but sometimes the right side of my face is painful at the joint. I got a mouth opg done which was normal. Is there any treatment available for TMJ disorder?
