Spondylo degenerative changes lumbar spine with compression neuropathy at l5-s1 Ap diameter 8mm Physiotherapy Done no relief Epidural steroid injections 1 month completed no relief Pain is still in left leg and sometimes also shooting pain in right leg Situation of pain is not much not less What should I do and when and how it will resolve??

For this fibula fracture surgery needed or conventional method is best ..can tell which is best or conventional method will heal ah ???

I found a dent on my leg...first near the ankle and now upper the knee, it feels like something is missing while walking in my left leg, is not behaving like my right leg while in activity. Not really a pain but the missing feeling is there. What is this ? How to overcome this ?

Nine months ago titanium rod was placed on broken femur. And external fixator was on tibia.now external fixator removed on 27 nov 23.Since three months experiencing itching all over body and eczema type at the place where plastic surgery done at leg, which some what supressed by dermatologist. Dermatologist advised to remove the femur rod as skin patch test shows cobalt sulphate allergy. It's nine months can i remove the rod from femur. Recent X ray attached.
