Knee pain while taking stairs
I was taking stairs of about 1.5 floors for the past 7 days. For the past two days, I feel pain in my knee while taking the stairs(mild).I am a little concerned as I am just 32 years old and have a trekking trip planned for the upcoming weeks
Please advise the next step.

This pain could be due yo use of stairs since few days.
Trekking should take care of it.
Any way knee brace should help.
