Bone & Muscle problems

I was playing cricket, slipped on boundary line due to this, my left foot hamstring has started paining.

Hi, My MIL has severe knee pain and also has varicose pains. She was told that there must be water in her knees though no tests were done. She had done MRI in 2022 which did not show any major issues. Doctor has recommended her some knee exercises with vitamins supplements. Should we visit orthopedist or different specialist?

My mother aged 85. Todays reports S.pth.........................39.70.      S.phosphorus............4.1.       Vitamin D...................36.2.     S.ca............................   9.1 S.ALP............................90 S.creatnine.....,.........1.05 All other parameters are normal. Only her TSH levels are 6.550 Was injected olimab 60 mg  some 18 months ago. She takes Thyronorm 25 regularly. Also takes Caldison D3 once a month.. She is having sever back pain. She is on pain killers since 2 days. Pain had reduced but due to her age she is uncomfortable while getting up and sitting down. Lying down position has no real pain. Please advise treatment and vitamins for old age.

Hie I'm suffering mild pain or stiffness lower back or mid hip l5s1 DEHYDRATION or Facet joint left side mild degeneration.i take cortisteroid shot but no effect only local anthesia provide relief for few hours. No leg pain.No nerve compression

My mother has a problem with the back bone. Doctors said that bones are very weak and have a problem with the head also and have some x ray reports which I attached please suggest something.

I got a cast for this after 6 to 8 weak doctor said for remove the cast after that I walk properly or have any life long issue with this type fracture ?

I got a plaster on 9 March and today is 11, My swelling increased and pain also even after taking medicines Is the swelling and pain common after fiber pleaster?
