Bone & Muscle problems

My mom is 48 yrs old n experiencing knee pain for years and now she's struggling a lot to stand and walk. Reduced some weight and her condition improved a while ago but again she finds difficulty with walking. Consulted many Orthopedists and they suggest surgery after examining the x-rays since she her condition is like a 60 yrs old person's Osteoporosis. But taking her age into consideration, some suggested to postpone the surgery. But the pain is unbearable nowadays so meanwhile what can we do to manage the pain? Is it possible for us to avoid surgery by having a life style change?

Day before yesterday, while doing chores, suddenly my back got stuck. Since then I am having terrible back pain. Hv been giving hot water packs. Took myoril thrice and voveron once so far . Please help

Doctor advised me to give her zerodol th max 8 twice a day for 5 days. I forgot to tell him that my mother is on trigabantin 300 ( gabapentin) as prescribed by neurologist. Is there will be any drug interaction between thiocolchicoside and gabapentin? Can my mother safely take zerodol th max 8 while on gabapentin?
