I am having shin pain in both legs while running or walking. I have just started running for a week and I also go to the gym. sir please tell me what should be done, is shin pain fine.I also have my physical exam, I have to practice next month too

Have Prolapsed invertival disc with lumber canal stenosis Ap diameter is 8mm Pain radiating to left lower limb Epidural injection done not much relief Question is doctor started medicine from pragabalin 75 mg to 200 mg but not much relief So started gabapin me 200/300 Taking these medicines from last 3'5 months. Problem is after taking medicine now vomiting Dizziness headache problem at moderate to severe level From both medicine So tell what should I do

When I sit with my legs half folded or fully folded, whenever i stand up, I couldn't straighten my legs properly and experience a sharp pain in my left knee for some time and not able to walk. Even i can't fold my left leg properly because of the pain.

Hi, my father has been diagnosed with AVN in right hip in MRI (ficat class 2). Doctor has prescribed Gemcal DS daily, dvion 60k weekly and Aceclofenac CR 200 for pain on alternate days. But pain is becoming severe and sometimes the movement of leg is also restricted. Can he take Aceclofenac CR 200 daily or any other medication is required? Please help.

If I want to remove ankle hardware after 1 year can I do it as the X Ray according to doctor has shown proper union of bone?
