Upper middle chest pain

I have done all the imp cardiac related tests
Ecg normal
Echo normal
Tmt normal, all done recently
Holter done today. That too normal.
But i have pain in upper middle chest, which comes and goes and happens specially when body moves. Back of the soulder also pains when i lay on left hand side.
I am puzzled what kind of pain it is, to rule out cardiac cause i have done all tests. But still it is bothering me.
Pl help.
