These days, neck problems have started increasing in your age group. You probably are a student who reads for long hours or are working on your laptop/mobile for long duration of time. Both these activities can lead to neck problems. And the nerves which come out from the neck get pressed upon. This can cause pain upto your shoulder blades or upper back.
Next Steps
If you are not married/ if you are not planning a baby/ if you are not pregnant, you may try this tablet... Tab Gabaneuron (300 mg)...1 tablet at 7pm in the evening for 10 days. Also, avoid using a pillow while sleeping. I would need to personally see you to confirm if you indeed have neck issues.
