Post operative hip replacement 6month ho geya both hip every night temporary joint felling hot please advise

Sir,Im having a pain and mild swelling on my left shoulder from past 4 months. Actually it started two years back after lifting an heavy object. That time I showed an orthopaedic doctor and took xray, ECG, blood test. But nothing unusual was showed in those test. And doctor prescribed some medicines and after taking that medicines I had no problem for one year. 4 months back I had chopped some logs and the pain again started and yesterday again I consulted an ortho doctor. But doctor told me not to take any mri. He said it's just muscle spasm But I told doctor I wanna take an mri. So yesterday I took an mri and CT scan and got the results today. Pls doctor can u say what it is written in this. I have to take any further treatment? I'm attaching the reports

Sir my dad slipped on the floor 9 days back although it is low energy trauma however he is not able to walk by putting weight on left leg also when i went for his radiography he is not able to lie in supine position from his left leg  and he bend his left  leg and image is created He can bend his leg crossed his leg and by doing so he got relief but as he try to move his leg a sharp pain occurs Pls advise by seeing xray which is attached for you kind reference Also tell do the position variation may distort the result and diagnosis and pls tell what kind of issue is this

Sir my father is active and age is 70 yrs old but due to imbalance in bathroom he got injured and his femar neck is fractured ,he is Copd patient and smoker from 50 yrs Pls advise what is best implant for him bipolar hip or unipolar or what? Xray image is attached for you kind reference

Sir my father need bipolar hip modulation and i am consulting a doctor who advised us the same ,he is very senior orthopedic doctor and surgeon too but he doesn't have any fancy covering for his work and many marketing gimmick He has experience of 30+ yrs as orthopedic surgeon in different hospital where only ayushman card or poor patients came some of trust ruled and ESIC GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL He is mbbs D ORTHO Should i go ahead with him? Is d ortho able to perform such surgeries successfully? He is actively doing surgeries of such kind in different hospitals I am very confused because he has advised me alot regarding my dad's health and done proper evaluation of cardio copd before writing bipolar?

I've been experiencing persistent pain in my right shoulder for the past 3-4 months. Initially mild, it has now worsened, hindering my ability to go to the gym, perform push-ups, and causing pain when I raise my hand. Despite consulting a doctor and taking prescribed medication, the pain persists. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

I always hav pain in my lower back due to disc bulge, my physio told me exercises but unable to do due to pain, plz tell some pain killer to stop the pain first, so that I can continue with my physio...

Yesterday when I was wearing clothes ,I felt a sudden pain in my lower back .The pain was so much that I fell down and couldn't move my back.I took painkiller but the pain is still there
