Bone & Muscle problems

I did a dxa bone densitometry test and T score is -2 for AS spine And -2.5 for dual femur neck left , right , total left ,right What should I do ?? Which doctor should I consult ? Is it dangerous? Can I lead a normal life ?

Today morning my husband suddenly felt like a pain near groin area that felt like a muscle pull.. and he tried to do some stretches ... after that the pain radiated to his lower back as well.. no he is feeling the discomfort from groin to back. What can we do? Suggestions ?

I am undergoing a physical training in an academy, where I have to run continuously 4 rounds (1 round is 400m). Issue is with me that I want to run more but due to shin pain , I can't run after few metres. What I do then , I stop , run and then stop. Even if I am not tired, I have to stop because of shin pain;  my shoes and way of running are all good I want to get rid of this pain, it's not like that I am running after so long, it has been three weeks and earlier also I observed that shin pain is the biggest obstacle in my continuous running. I have tried few remedies also but it didn't work, so I want a good treatment for same. Plz help me as it affects my running every time. Even if I have been running for long, that pain still affects me, it does not go away.

Hi Doctor, I had heel bone pain in both legs for the past 2 years. I took an injection from pain clinics but it only works for 3-4 months max. If any pain killer tablets work for a day. My daily activities are slowing down due to heel bone pain.Any solution will be appreciated.Thanks

Iam using corticosteroid prednisolone wysolone 10mg Once daily for 3 years continuing So for bone Support iam taking osteri 600mcg so it's now finished so three to four days not put means what happen . Nothing to worry or what ? It's ok

I'm having leg pain below the knee both legs. Not able to stand for long time. This happens every year during summer. If I'm on bed rest it will be fine. Can you please suggest any remedies for the same.

Respected doctor I have severe heel pain in both legs I am unable to stand properly after long standing I feel my legs very heavy and paining I am mechanical engineer by profession I have to wear safety shoes at site which are hard i changed to running shoes yet i feel the same pain what should I do

Today CT SCAN IS DONE - AND Dr said recovery is not up to the mark so we will do bone grafting and will took graft from another knee replacement patient and then will do graft same time on femur fracture
