I probably twisted my ankle on Tuesday night when I woke up to drink water at 3 am. At 4 I woke up with pain in my swollen heel. I was feverish too. I used relispray and took 1 tablet of zerodol-p and slept. Wednesday morning everything was fine so I went to office. Thursday too everything was fine and no pain at all. But on Friday morning I felt a tinge of pain but it had transferred from heel to middle of th e feet from below. I went to office and the pain kept increasing but not alarming. On Friday night it increased a lot and I took another zerodol-p as I got feverish again and slept. But Saturday morning pain was high with slight swollenness. Consulted a doctor online who prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d, chymoral forte. I am doing cold compress, put a crepe bangade too and taking rest. Is this transfer of pain after 2 days common? How come it went away and came back? Do I need to take anything else like calcium tabs or ligament repair tab? No xray done yet. It's tough to walk.

How to rest my leg during soft tissue knee injury? I fell down 2 months back. Done mri. Reports yet to come.

Consulted doctor online, prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d and chymoral forte. doing cold compress, put a crepe bandage and resting. No x ray done. pain is almost gone today. Got blood test done as advised. My uric acid high for 2 years, no meds taken, no issues yet. It was 9.4 in 2022, 8.9 in 2023 and today its 8.8. Vit D is 17.73, Triglyceride is 349, VLDL 47, Non HDL Cholestrol 154, HDL ratio 4.8, C-reactive protein 15.91. Rest all normal limits. Is this gout/plantar fasciitis/acute inflammatory condition? I will change food habits, any medication to be taken to avoid future scenarios?

There's a little swelling and pain in my mother's left ankle. Her right foot is sometimes itchy. We previously visited a doctor last year for her ankle issue and he said that it might be due to some medicinal side effects so he changed her BP medicines but it didn't have much of an influence. After that she had a surgery for removal of her uterus due to Myoma. Everything is alright but her ankle is still the same. So could you please look into it and tell me the possibile reasons and solutions for this?

I got typhoid 2months back used 1week medication since then I got joint pains in hand wrist joint , finger joint unable to hold things early morning, legs also ankle joint and toes joints pain no other symptoms no other pain only hand and leg joint pains.. please suggest an answer.. I Google It ( recommends total daily intake of 1200 – 1500 mg of calcium & 800 – 1000 units of vitamin D supplements in patients receiving therapy with corticosteroids ) My Daily Intake With Corticosteroid  Calcium 500Mg Vitamin D3 250IU So I Have To Increase Means How Much Dosage Can I  Take Daily Calcium 1000Mg Or 1500Mg & Vitamin D3 400IU Or 800IU  With Corticosteroid  So This My Doubt...

I am having shoulder pain at back and front . The oain is very suffocating. X ray cervical showscervical lordotic curvature mild straightening seen . Is the pain in front of shoulder above left breast because of this . Also feeling palpitations .

I am 30 years old..having knee pain while climbing up and down the stairs  sharp with with that cant sqart..if i stand and cook for a long time my starts paining. since last few days I got locking sensation and sharp with with that cant squart..if i stand and cook for a long time i get pain..I got an MRI of right knee MRI REPORTS says that I have mild degeneration of knee join ..does this mean I am in early stages of osteoarthritis??
