My son is having joint pain in leg since a month and after blood test vitamin D level was 8.5 and aso level was 233. Taking vitamin D , penicillin and calcium still the pain is same. Please guide

I don't feel pain or anything , only feel discomfort when stand on same place for long, do we really need treatment for overpornation or can be ignored

Hi, I have broken my thumb bone and they have plastered it. But I have been told that the plaster might not be able to heal the bone and they will need to consult a hand specialist to see if a surgery is needed. Can someone please advise if it is necessary to go through surgery for this. What could be the consequences if I decide not to do surgery? Thanks

Wife has a fracture in the right foot leg on the 5th metatarsal bone. Doctor said its called Jones fracture. This happened on Friday 17th May morning 9am. The first recommendation was to have surgery to screw the bone together for healing. The doctor then prescribed to put the leg in a slab cast temporarily till the surgery along with crepe bandaging. This was done around 12 pm Friday. When we took second opinion the doctors suggested to keep the slab for a week and then move to a walking cast. We are planning to go with this approach. The question that I have is: Is it safe and normal to keep the crepe bandage inside the slab cast for a week. Should we get it removed? If so how soon should we do it?

My kid is 5 years. Today while playing in swing, she fell down and sat on leg while falling down. She cried a lot in pain. We rushed to hospital and took x ray. He told mild fracture (20 percent) in left lower leg. Doctor had put dressing in lower leg till thighs. How long will it take for the bone to set? Also Doctor said, she must make movement in her toes else there may b blood clot. But how s it possible if the kid is sleeping. Please guide us what are the precautionary measures. How many days is require for acl grade 1 sprain to heal .. As of now I don't go out for walks or any outdoor activities ..I just make food for around 45 mins and do basic house chores like serving food which I do wearing the knee brace Rest of the time I take rest..but can't see much improvement it is being 10 days already Do i need complete bed rest ? Hello Doctor, I've pain in my left hand wrist when lifting and holding my baby. And burning sensation in thumb finger always. Please let me know what is this and any cure. I didn't had any injury. FYI: Putting oxalgin nano gel from last two days.
