Bone & Muscle problems

I regularly experience pain in my legs, especially in the left leg, the starting point of pain is the forefoot below the finger toes, and then it reaches the ankle and up to the knee, what can be the cause, what should I do?

I have joints pain swelling sounds at my all joints after c section...all these thinks are started during 9 month of my post Pergency.... And also I got  sounds at my head.... After that I consult rhemotalgist..... Doctor do all blood test and told ur report is normal u don't have any bone pbm u just had muscle pbm and he pescribe nexito 10 mg and told because of tension you got this pbm

On the day of injury, limited walking was possible One doctor told to follow RICE method for 15 days and then physiotherapy rehabilitation and then to see how much is the progress Another doctor told to do Robert Jones's strapping and do little exercises or movements for next 15-20 days Is surgery required or is it possible to avoid it and live a normal lifestyle

Hello, My mom is 58 having thyroid from last 3 years. Nowadays she is having heel pain where she feels like needles being pricked on heels. We had tried several ways like cold press, hot water with salt remedy yet the pain still shows up everyday. Can you please suggest what needs to be done or is there any test/treatment to be taken for this? Thanks in Advance!

My sis (female/ 40 yrs/ vegetarian/teetotaler) had headache on the top of her neck between ears for few months (near the hairline at the back). She was taking normal pain killers. Recently she felt dizzy and almost passed out for few hours with severe pain in neck and vomiting (though conscious). She was absolutely ok the previous day but woke up with severe dizziness the next day. The doctor initially suggested Sumo, Vertin 8, n Vomikind along with xray. The medicines reduced pain n dizziness. Xray suggested Cervical spondylosis and refered to ortho. There is no pain in shoulders, hands nor any problem in walking. However there is pain between the eyebrows (she uses specs). She relies on home medication and doesn't want to go to ortho until absolutely necessary. Can someone plz suggest something..? How long and how often can she take the above medicines (since they are working well).? She also takes thyronorm 50 since 4-5 years and 6 yrs back had surgery for uterus fybroids.

She is suffering from frozen shoulder. Quote painful. Sometime cannot movie her hand  or lift any item. . Has consulted orthopaefic doctor but not much relief. Kindly advise.

Hey doctor, I am suffering from bone and joints pain since 2 yrs. I did my vitamin d levels it came 13 ng/ml. My doctor advised me vitamin d capsule once a week but no difference in my health. After that for better absorption I took Vitamin d 6lac IU injections but still my levels are low. What is the problem? Why vitamin d is not absorbing in my body?
