Bone & Muscle problems

My mother has undergone TKR surgery on 17 Apr 2024 and she is having stiffness in her legs and heels even after taking physiotherapy sessions for 45 days. This is not being reduced since surgery time. She is doing regular exercises and walking (just 200-300 mtrs). Please suggest the cause and remedy.

My shoulder, lower back and neck is paining daily from last 2 weeks. Also my fingers pains. What can be the issue?

My son is 13 years old and going through puberty right now ...I got his left wrist X-ray done last month to see if his growth plates are open or not but I am unable to make out from the X-ray ...I am attaching the pic of his X-ray ...so plz advise if his growth plates are open or not and how much more growth is left for him height wise as per his X-ray
