Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from UPPER back pain and low grade fever which comes and goes for the past one month. Pain and fever started after a did some heavy lifting house work one day. I conducted Complete Blood Count and vitamin D test and my RBC and WBC were within normal range. I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency (Vitamin D level - 13) and have been taking Vitamin D supplements. When my fever increases, my back pain goes away but as soon as fever decreases, back pain comes back. Since last month my back pain has decreased a bit but it is still present and makes it difficult to sleep at night. I'm also a high blood pressure patient and take medicines for blood pressure. Kindly advice as to what might be causing back pain and if feber is related to back pain since according to one month old tests, I didn't have any infections. Also kindly advice what can I do to relieve pain since OTC painkillers don't work.

Sir , my thumb joint is paining so much , when I woke up yesterday, it's unbearable, my arms and my shoulders all are connected in pain. I have baby 1.5 years old , I m worried, surgery to nhi hogi please reply or it's common

My kitten have scratch me with a little blood coming out of it . I have taken tetanus and 3 dose of anti Rabies in the month of october 2023 . my anti Rabies took place between oct-nov . should I take Tetanus or anti Rabies or none

Doctor I have noticed yesterday that there are two hard bone like lump on both the besides there my hand in pointing . The left one is a bit smaller than the right one . It's there since a long time . No pain no discomfort Doctor is this normal ? It just above my buttocks on both the sides of my buttocks and just below my lower back

I was taking stairs of about 1.5 floors for the past 7 days. For the past two days, I feel pain in my knee while taking the stairs(mild).I am a little concerned as I am just 32 years old and have a trekking trip planned for the upcoming weeks Please advise the next step.

Hi , I had displaced patella fracture at aug2023 and until March 2024 had stiffness and range of movement is less and informed doctor. They removed the K wire in knee and now again my leg is more stiff and not able to proceed bending knee and the flexibility is not there. What should I do to recover from this condition? How long will it take for me to walk normally and to achieve flexibility as like my other leg l. Thanks.

I happen to jump from a 3 ft wall and probably got a jerk on my hip. But nothing happened that time. Later in the night while sleeping, my leg started to pain alot. I applied some ointment and got some relief. Again next night it started paining. I'm able to walk or perform normal activities but, its paining slightly. Whom do I consult? Orthopaedic or Neurologist ?

We have a outdoor indoor Kitten, he is at my home from last two weeks . he just scratch me with a little blood coming out of it . the kitten is not vaccinated . I have taken my anti - Rabies and tetanus in october - november 2023 due to the kittens mother minor bite . should I  take anti Rabies again or Tetanus or none ?
