Hi, my xyphoid process is visible when I completely took my stomach inside .. it is something I am observing from last 6 months .. it doesn't have any pain .. it will be visible only if I took entire stomach inside .. is it something it is like that earlier or not ?? I see discomfort if I sit in the ground level sometime .. there is no pain when I touch.. I am feeling this from 6 to 8 months now .. I feel discomfort sometime when I sit ground level..
