1 screw coming out from the hip
My mom had a hip fracture surgery two months ago after one month of surgery her x-ray showed that one of the screw of her hip joint is coming out the doctor said it's ok because one screw is still there and is tight but my mom is having severe pain and swelling in her thigh after 1 week since the x-ray has done. The doctor says that the bone will take time to heal. My mom is 60+ and doesn't want to gone through another surgery as she is weak too. Kindly please reply and help me.

Better to wait for one more month since ur mother is ill and aged. May not be feasible to get operated repeatedly. We can wait and give a chance for bone to heal. Encourage her to move around without keeping weight on that leg

Screw has backed out and is impinging in surrounding soft tissue. Option 1 is to keep the implant as it is Option 2 remove only the backed out screw which may be the cause of pain. Option 3 remove whole implant and revise surgery
Next Steps
