Back Pain due to Disc Bulge L5-S1
I have been facing Back Pain for about 3 years. I am taking medicine as mentioned but still it recovered 50% only as I sat for a long time the pain at the lower back and in the Left leg continuous. Can you suggest me what to do . Please help 🙏

the main culprit for oyur low back pain is long time spent sitting. please work in an tailored ergonomic environment, take frequent breaks from sitting and do ONLY stretching exercises for the same.

Start yoga ( hip stretching exercises ) core stability exercises

Kindly understand that you have a disc problem which is not much as per MRI. It would be better to consult for a detailed examination and treatment. But whatever treatment you take you must have some postural adjustments.
