Bone & Muscle problems

I have been facing knee pain from around 20 or 25 days And been admitted at sum hospital on 18th march before i can't even walk but now i can walk fine pain is just around 10% to 15% but on today check-up doctors says we might need a operation after hearing that i don't feeling good please suggest me something SIR DOCTOR

I had a hairline fracture in the little toe and it has been more than 4 months since the fracture, but the pain still persists in the foot. If I take pain killers, there is no pain. But apart from this, if I do other activities like gym or running, I have problems in my legs.

I am having intense pain which makes me unable to walk whenever I run or jump in the inner side of my shin area. This has been there since last winter, didn't happen in summer, now it again came and it persist in this summer too. I did an xray but no abnormality, was given vitamin d tablets and have already completed the course but no relief, I don't feel any pain while walking, but when I run for about half an hour it starts, not as soon as I start running but gradually comes, same area everytime.

Hi Doctors, For a few years, most of my joints like wrist ,shoulder knee, etc, make cracking sound when rotated or bent. There is no pain or discomfort. Is it normal, or shall I go and see a doctor. Thank you in advance

For the past few months, I've been having dizziness and mild internal tremors. Yesterday I took a CT brain and cervical spine. CT brain is normal. However there are few findings in the CT spine. I have attached both the reports. Is it curable or does it need any kind of surgery. Does the problem in the spine lead to dizziness and mild internal tremors? Awaiting your reply. Thanks
