I have attached an MRI report i wanted to know if it is a complete tear or partial tear of ligaments

Iam having Osgood schlatter disease for the past 6 years, now its not paining like before but the knee swollen is there, will it cause a huge problem in my old years??

After wearing BATA FLOATZ SLIPPERS for a day, I'm having pain in my knees. Why is it like this? I even change my slippers but the soft cushion in the slippers still causing pain in my knees.

Detected Cervical spondylitis before 2 years. Since 7/8 months ( after child birth) having too much pain in upper back and rib, ribcage.. when taking deep breath feeling pain in rib and sternum bone and back also. Is it spondylitis related? Or something else . Spine mri done before 2 years.

I am attaching a MRI report of lumber spine with detailed report. Kindly advise on it and next line of treatment. How good or bad is the MRI report. She has a lot of pain in the lower back, bums and thighs. Is bed rest needed. If yes, then for how many days ? The pain has worsened since it started 14 days ago and she is on painkillers since then. She is not diabetic. Before all this pain, she moved around on her own with the help of a walker. Now resting on bed since past 3 days. Please advise. Thanks
