I am suffering from acute sciatica (3 nerve blockages) and my ANA result came out to be weak positive with an estimated titre of 1:100 in speckled pattern. (Homogeneous nucleus pattern). What could be the possible diagnosis? Do I have RA?

During weight lifting I got an injury in my shoulder. Now for last 1 month, I'm feeling pain in that shoulder joint specifically when lifting my hands and rotating it in the back side. I have been diagnosed with a disc bulge in L4 and L5 on January 16th. I have consulted a soctor and he recommended physio therapy. I am regular to physio from past 2 weeks but still I am having pain in the back as it has not healed. I took break from work for a week, but last week I am working and its a sitting job. Generally the pain is very bad due to sitting during the day and nights it is painful. Will I ever be pain free?
