Hello doctor I'm having pain below tricep on left hand, its pain when i using that hand to get up taking support of that hand, I've attached the spot with a circle which is paining, please tell me why is it paining I'm scared

It could be because of muscle fatigue or inflammation. Take muscle relaxants . Use heating pads .give rest.
