Sir , my thumb joint is paining so much , when I woke up yesterday, it's unbearable, my arms and my shoulders all are connected in pain. I have baby 1.5 years old , I m worried, surgery to nhi hogi please reply or it's common

It may be dequrvians tenosynvitis put thumb spica splint and apply analgesic gel and take analgesic tablets
