Wear soft and thick chappals or shoes with thick heel pad, or use silicone insoles inside shoes. You can also buy special doctor chappals. Take hot and cold water and put your feet alternatively in hot and cold water for 5-5 minutes and repeat this 3-4 times every morning for 3 weeks. Check out planter exercises on youtube and start those exercises. Alternatively you can visite a physiotherapist and take planter stretching exercises and local ultrasound therapy. Take Tab. Zerodol SP twice daily for 7 days and after that take it when required as per pain.
Next Steps
If condition persists after 1 month of this treatment then get an Xray of heel done in lateral view. A local injection in the heel could be planned based on this.
Health Tips
Avoid walking barefoot and do planter stretching exercises before you get down from the bed in morning.
