I lifted one bag in left arm in a journey. I am feeling weak in my left  arm when i lift.some discomfort. Please suggest medicine for this

Sir,     You might have injured your roatater cuff. Please do a clinical examination. Right now you can take some anti inflammatory drugs. Regards.. Dr Prasad
