Bone & Muscle problems

There is a heavy swelling (soojan in hindi we say) in hands and legs. Tried Rheumatology, physiotherapist but not working at all. Weight has been decreased but still hands and legs are bulky. All remedies has been tried incl. no intake of cholesterol products or any heavy meals. Unable to place the legs straight on floor. Unable to move hands properly. Once seated on a lower platform , unable to get on herself.

I am having pain in left shoulder since 4months. I am diabetic also. I am doing exercise regularly. I am controlling sugar also.. please let me know what else i can do to get rid of pain? And how long it will take?

Hi, I've a history of disc prolapses, and even now I'm recovering from one. I'm using a foam mattress but it's not giving me enough support. I'm thinking of getting an orthopaedic foam mattress but I'm not sure if it's going to be suitable despite claims of sellers. Is it recommend or should I go for a coir mattress possibly which is harder?

I am having pain between shoulder blade.i am showed to nearby doctor he told one weak for apply heat pad on back and injection on back but pain not reduced.MRI shows minimal degenerative L2 vertebrae.how to cure this problem

My mother has pain and swelling on medial side of right foot. The swelling is on and off. It creates difficulty in walking and also cant stand for long as it starts to pain alot. Also tenderness is present at the point of swelling. Swelling is hampering here ADL. Kindly help, Thanx

My sister had back pain issue since 1year. She is unmarried. We consulted a Orthopedician and they conducted MRI scan and stated that take rest for 6months.. It will get normal. In the report it shows that "Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L4 -L5." Does it set after rest ? Or should she go for a surgery..

From last 3 days I am experiencing lot of neck pain due to which I am not able to move my neck. Even while walking I am feeling pain

My doctor said I have a ligament tear and bone crack. Earlier he pressed my lower part of my left leg and talus bone where I experienced pain and then refered the following x ray. What is your opinion and treatment? Also how to spot a ligament tear in the x ray? Thanks in advance
