Hello doctor recently I got blood test which showed high esr of 36 ,in October I was diagnosed with tb now the test is negative ,I had early osteoarthritis and mild inflammation in toe is this reason for high esr?

Treatment of TB of bones & joints is continued fo at least 9- 12 months. Even after completing the treatment one should be under observation for reactivation of the disease process.
Falling/ rising ESR is just one of the parameter of disease activity.
