Even if u r having burning sensation in urine track that means infection can raise ur esr. Without knowing ur symptoms its difficult to say anything. But ur physician must have told u the reason and has started rhe treatment. Just follow it.

Esr is a measure of inflammation in the body(fight inside the body).
It can b high in infections and many other diseases in the body.
You have to get yourself tested for finding out the cause.
