Bone & Muscle problems

Mild loss of lumbar lordosis and invertebral disc space at L5-S1 is reduced. The lower back pain started 2 yrs ago, after doing crunches. It had not cured properly but was bearable but since last 3 week it has worsen and i sit long hours for studying.

I am having severe back pain.Met with doctor.Doc advised me for XRay did that and all look ok.Doc has prescribed Vitamin tablets and said muscle is stiff.As per doc advice having tablets and using heat pad and doing exercises .pain reduced but still there.How to get rid of this.Pls advice.

My mother is experiencing soulder pain on full front extension of right arm and back pain. She has a bit of cervical symptoms too..recently right shoulder MRI and Spine MRIs r done..reflects bit fluid n disc buldge..Which doc suggested nothing major and related to ageing..she is 52 yes old and very active person. Doc has put her on medrol 21 days course.16..8.4 mg with few other calcium.pen40 n 60kmedicines looking for an opinion. She also feels a bit of sinus too n there is no bone growth

I woke up today with pain in my legs below the knee. I don't do much physical activity. Both of my legs hurt a lot and there's a burning sensation as well. It's very uncomfortable

While sleeping, I am feeling in convenience about shoulder and neck pain. And also feeling acidity. Presently I am having type 2 diabetes and hypertension. For which I am taking medication. Please advise me.

Hello sir, I have a lower back pain from last 7 days...and some times I feel there is a pain in my legs also..i dont have any tingling sensation and some times that pains was shifted from one side to another side but I don't have a heavy pain..is there any serious issues..which specialist do I need to consult.

Is it curable by doing exercises,. If so please let me guide me the type of exercises. So that I will follow

From 2-3 days I am feeling pain in my thumb joint without any injury. I was feeling very light pain from last some days but today it is too high.

M.S.Ortho,MRCS  MRI OF LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE      Technique:    Sagittal T1, FSE T2, axial T1, axial T2, coronal T1.    Findings:  Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at L5-S1 level. No nerve root impingement seen. Vertebral bodies and their posterior elements show normal marrow signal intensity. Conus medullaris and cauda equina show normal morphology. Thecal sac displays normal signal intensity. No intraspinal mass lesion seen. Sagittal spinal canal dimensions (bony) are within normal limits. Pre and paravertebral soft tissue planes appear normal.   Screening of sacro-iliac and hip joints: Both sacro-iliac joints appear normal. No femoral head avascular necrosis seen.     Screening of cervical and thoracic spine: No significant disc protrusions or canal stenosis. No intrinsic cord lesion or extramedullary cord compression seen. Vertebral bodies appear normal.       

Severe back pain in left side above hip. Can't sit properly. Problem in bending. If pressed the area it aches..
