MRISCANOF THORACIC SPINE Multiplanar MR imaging of the Thoracic spine has been performed using a phased- array spine coil and large FOV.Severe scoliosis of lower dorsal spine noted with convexity towards left side.A left D10 hemivertebra is noted at the level of maximum scoliotic deformity.Compensatory scoliosis with convexity towards right side is noted in the upper dorsal spine.Right D4 hemivertebra is noted with partial fusion of the posterior elements of the D3, D4 and D5 vertebra on left side.Fusion of C5 and C6 vertebra is noted Partial fusion of C7 and D1 vertebra is noted with fusion of the right sided posterior elements.There is fusion of right sided posterior elements of D2 and D3 vertebra No significant disc bulge or herniation noted in dorsal spine.Dorsal cord appears normal in signal intensity No abnormal cord signal or cord compression is seen.No pre, paravertebral or epidural soft tissue or haematom a is seen.Note is made of mild degenerative cervical spondylotic changes

Leg is swollen and pain badly pls help me wat to do with this ...any suggestion for this help me out

Last month I had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery .operation was successful but I have fixed flextion deformity I cannot pull my leg straight to 180 degree there is some problem in knee and not able to bend the knee .please help me can it b resolved through exercises coz I don't want a resurgery again for this deformity .please help and suggest

Whenever I touch my lowest part of my left leg and ankle joint, I feel pain. This injury might have happened during skipping and it's about six months ago. The pain is mild. I have attached a x ray image. Pls suggest the required procedures. Thanks in advance.

I have been suffering from knee pain from last one year and it started from the time I joined gym. The knee joints are always stif and I and tight and slowly increasing day by day. Visited couple of doctors where I was asked to do couple of exercises without getting any proper resolution and was told that it was nothing severe. The stiffness around the knee joints are consistently there and last doctor told me that it's osteoarthritis and he asked not to do any exercises. I seriously have no clue what's happening and quite worried thinking I have to be with this for rest of my life. Not even a single doctor could give me a proper solution. Please suggest me something as I am really worried and looking for some permanent solution. Please also advise whether I can continue yoga classeswearimv my knee cap. Please advise!!

Lower back pain, more towards the upper right side hip(pelvis). What should I do, what can be the reason for such pain?

I m having pain in my right leg knee and ankle. Sometimes the pain is in calf and also I sometimes feel burning sensation in both my calves. My ankle has slight swelling. The area just below the outer  joint of my right ankle, that is the muscle part is very tender to touch, and feels pain when i press it. Such tenderness i see in the ring finger joint of my hand. Sometimes I also feel discomfort in my knee, some type of disalignment type. Pls help...i m very tensed... History: i had vitamin d deficiency and secondary hyperparathyroidism. For which I m taking vitamin d and calcium supplements.

Hello sir My father age is 56 since 10 days he getting foot pain. May I know the reason and right side foot some pain and swelling Pls suggest temporary any tablet to him am. Worrying Unable to stand 15 minutes

She working in bend position,Suddenly muscles is strech then pain and swelling in ribes. She take pain killer but not relex from pain last 4 Days.

Sir father is patient of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension from 10yrs now he is suffering from left leg because of celuties we are admitted him from 10days under surgeon we done debridement below knee but I want to know which one best option for fast would healing and cost of treatment
