Bone & Muscle problems

I have lower back pain from last 1 week.diegnose with S5L1 pivd with instability.can it goes with phyaio therapy with medicines or what is the treatment for this without sergery and without pain. Pls suggest

I have cracking noise in the scapula region and a kind o pain which gets triggered only when i move in a certain way .i have no pain when i an doing any job except just for a second when i move in a particular direction

My both leg and back are feeling irritated if wear pant. Open air means somewhat OK. My right leg is tinging. For that went orthopedic doctor, initially doctor taken X-ray of spinal and he says there is mind posture in spinal. He suggested to take physical therapy after finishing physical therapy he suggested to take nerve condition study of both leg. Doctor says no issue in both leg as per NCS of both leg. If any compression in spinal nerve it will be reflected in leg nerve, that's why told to take NCS of leg. Finally doctor says continue physical exercise and medication of vitamin D. Anything I need to worry because recently only married

I started running 15 days ago and try to run 5km daily on road track. After 4-5 days  i found pains in my knees and swellen around it. Pain of both sides of knees not in middle part. So what can i do for it?

Recently had a slip while playing badminton 5 weeks back. Did MRI today 10th Feb. Do I need surgery or can do with strengthening excercises? ACL/PCL/MCL and LCL are normal as per the report. 1. Near complete tear in the proximal fibres of Anterior Cruciate ligament near femoral attachment site showing intrasubstance hyperintensity. 2. Patellar Chondromalacia. 3. Minimal marrow edema in the posterolateral aspect of proximal tibial plateau. 4. Oblique tear in the posterior horn of lateral meniscus extending to both superior and inferior articular surface.  5. Horizontal tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus. 6. Mild joint effusion. Thanks..

Hello sir/mam, I hv back pain that is not fixed in one position. It changed daily. I think it was happing because of i left some weight before few days and now 15 days is completed for same. So please recommend what should I do. I am atteching prescription that i hv taken right now(it is not helpful).

What is the best treatment to cure bone spurs near spine, if we don't wanna go for operation? Can they be reduced opposite to as they have developed, Can physiotherapy also help something to cure this?
