I slipped down from stairs in Nov 2018 and got hurt my upper back.now sometimes there is a mild pain in my upper back and shoulder blade.what should I do?

I have schedule in which i sit for more than 12 hours for academic purposes. I do walk during evening time for about 1 to 2 km. When i stand up and walk out, i hear popping sound from my knees every time. It is painless but i feel embarrassed while walking through the silence of library.

Hello all,i have got a slipped disc recently My mri reports say Loss of lumbar lordosis with lipping the lumbar vertebrae and schmorl's nodes in the L2 and L4 vertebrae Annular fissure superimposed with difuse posterior bulge and postero central protrusion of the l4 l5 inter vertebral disc indenting the the cal sac and bilateral transversing nerve roots Mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at l4 l5 and l5 s1 levels Have been advised to do a surgery,if any one can advice if surgery is really necessary? He got hurt while playing football and now he has swelling in leg in the region where leg gets joined to the foot(front side), he has swelling too. Although he's able to walk, as soon as his leg is bent or turned the pain starts again. We are worried if we should consult a doctor or a crepe, iodex and some ice packs will do.

Recently had a slip while playing badminton 5 weeks back. Did MRI today 10th Feb. Do I need surgery or can do with strengthening excercises? ACL/PCL/MCL and LCL are normal as per the report. 1. Near complete tear in the proximal fibres of Anterior Cruciate ligament near femoral attachment site showing intrasubstance hyperintensity. 2. Patellar Chondromalacia. 3. Minimal marrow edema in the posterolateral aspect of proximal tibial plateau. 4. Oblique tear in the posterior horn of lateral meniscus extending to both superior and inferior articular surface.  5. Horizontal tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus. 6. Mild joint effusion. Thanks..
